Donna Bradshaw and team have made our home selling experience smooth and stress free. Our realtor David Eudy was instrumental in getting our property sold. His expert tips and guidance were invaluable. David walked us through every step of the process. He was very patient with our seemingly unending need for guidance. David's work ethic is incredible. He always made himself available to us. He had a very successful open house for us and dealt with six different offers. He was so kind as to simplify those offers by listing them on a spread sheet for our review. Then he explained the strengths and weaknesses of each offer which was very informative. David also negotiated the sale of some of our furniture for us. We also learned from different contractors getting our house ready that Donna Bradshaw is well respected in our area and beyond.
